I love this recipe because you would never think something this healthy and green would actually be “snack-worthy”, but they are delicious! My 2 year old will devour these just as if he was eating potato chips. (like seriously eat an entire bunch of kale in one sitting.) They are quick, easy, healthy and yummy!
1 bunch of organic kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1. Wash and dry kale
2. Rip or cut into large pieces (do not use the hard center ribs)
3. Toss together the kale pieces, olive oil, and sea salt into a bowl
4. Place kale pieces on baking sheet (not touching each other)
5. Bake at 300 for around 20 minutes and check to remove the crispy ones, sometimes the larger ones take a bit longer to get crispy.
